Frequently Asked Questions

When is the next update?

Updates are announced on our Instagram page. They are contingent on T's health and ability to create, so some updates may be on hold or take longer than others. We appreciate your consideration when supporting disabled creators.

Do you accept returns?

All items are final sale unless specifically noted in the item description. If the item you receive is damaged, please contact us so we can help you!

What are estimated shipping times?

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Please note at this time USPS is experiencing delays, so some packages may be affected. Please be patient with us as we work to get you your orders as soon as possible.

What are spoonie supplies?

The spoon theory is a way for chronically ill and disabled individuals to explain how they adapt to use their limited energy. A person starts every day with a handful of spoons (energy units) and every task requires spoons to complete. The term "spoonie" has been adopted by many chronically ill and disabled folx to describe themselves. Spoonie supplies are targeted to those individuals, and include things like feeding tube clips or service dog gear.

I missed out on something I loved - will it be back in stock soon?

All of our products are unique handmade crafts and are never guaranteed to be restocked. If you see something you love, make sure you scoop it up!

Do you accept product donations?

We do accept donations of arts and craft supplies, dried plant materials, and ethically sourced animal products such as whiskers, snake skins, or naturally deceased insects. Contact us if you have something you think we could use!

Do you consider sustainability and environmental impact when sourcing materials?

Absolutely. We try to use recycled shipping supplies as much as possible and use biodegradable packaging tape. Many of our craft creations are used with found, donated, or thrifted products that may not be the most environmentally friendly, but we believe we should use and reuse what we have, first. We always consider ethical sourcing and biodegradability when purchasing new supplies and products for use in our business, and are always open to suggestions on how we can do better.

Who designed your logo?

Our logo was created by the talented Carolyn Caggia, T's oldest lifelong friend!
